Set transparency

To set transparent areas

Select animation frame(s) you wish to have transparent background.
On the Frame Properties tab, click Set Transparency.
Click a color you wish to become transparent background for the selected frame(s).

Transparency can also be set by using eraser and color replacer tools in the image editor.
